About

My Creative Design Journey began…

in Queens, New York in 1996, where fashion, music, and contemporary art became part of my everyday environment. Growing up with access to institutions like the Museum of Modern Art, Metropolitan Museum of Art, Whitney Museum of American Art, and Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum shaped my understanding of storytelling, design, and emotional expression through visual culture. Today, that foundation lives through both Karol’s Fine Art Prints and Punk Junk — two connected creative worlds that merge fine art with luxury streetwear. My work explores nostalgia, rebellion, symbolism, and human emotion through layered compositions, collectible fine art prints, and made-to-order garments designed with intention. Punk Junk transforms wearable pieces into visual artifacts, while my fine art practice extends those narratives onto canvas and print. Every piece is created to feel personal, expressive, and timeless — whether displayed on a wall or worn on the street. I approach design as both an artistic discipline and a form of preservation, creating work meant to hold emotional and cultural value for years to come.
